What exactly you don't understand? Remove your config, reload the plugin and see how it's done in default config. If you don't need entity groups, remove them: "Entity Groups": [],

I'm not sure what "when player use clans it stacks the ent" means, but entities limit is personal. No team / friends / clans support planned at this moment.
