Id suggest making a collection or making a json file in the correct format. Otherwise you can import them all via the console.

I havent been able to reproduce this issue. Can you check if your console reports any errors when you do the /skin command and it doesnt work

Some Items such as bleach or key locks are not skinable items so they will never work

There is a dependency on skins to have an icon set, which is part of making the skins. Im not entirely sure what the issue with names is though. Will investigate and get back to you.

hey sorry for the wait, i havent had access to my pc for a few weeks. the error message "Skin requests are disabled on this server." is not from my plugin. So maybe you have another plugin that is over-riding the commannd.

there is an auto wipe data if they dont play for a period of time, those skins are included in that, so thats probably why they get wiped -
