Are all other plugins on your server (except for Skill Tree), unloaded when you are testing this?

I have a feeling its some other plugin conflicting with it on occasion. It's hit and miss, and only seems to happen on highly modded servers.

There were no updates affecting the chat messages. If they levels are not appearing, you need to check your config to ensure the syntax is correct, and ensure no other plugins are messing with it. It is working fine on other servers.

If the rocks are an issue, I recommend removing them disabling them. I don't plan on handling base building restrictions etc for these entities. It requires a lot of resources to constantly check if the foundations are sitting above the rocks, because if Rust's native stability isn't picking up the missing rocks, then it would require a monobehaviour that would constantly check each fountation to see if its still above a rock, which is a waste of resources.

Unload all other plugins and test. This is not an issue on anyone elses server besides yours, so its either a conflict from another plugin, a permissions issue, or a config issue.

Even disabling the repair patch (where it doesn't load the harmony patch), the error still persists, so its something else at play.

There is another plugin that exists on your server that is causing the issue. I have tried this with a number of customers who experienced the issue, and regardless of what patches I changed etc, they were kicked for the items bring repaired. The only thing you can do is unload all other plugins on your server to test, then systematically reload plugins and test until it happens again.

No, that's not how this works. Conflicts can exist in all forms and its impossible to tell what plugin is causing the issue. The only known plugin that conflicts with mine is the one I linked, and that is fixed by simply removing the recycler entry from the PlaceAnything config. The way to identify what plugin is conflicting is via a process of elimination. Unload all plugins except for PersonalRecycler. Check to see if placing a recycler works. If it does, load 5 plugins and check to see if placing a recycler works. Keep doing this process until either all plugins are loaded, or placing a recycler no longer works. You can then work out which of the 5 plugins is causing the conflict.
