Thanks, that's the plan, just got the idea with the water wheel first , as  found it a little underwhelming outside of vanilla gameplay  

this plugin will be expanded in the future to include wind turbines, gens and solar panels?

Hello developer,
Could you please add a restriction to this plugin? I don't want other player teams to open the upgrade interface of my water wheel.
It would be great if you could set it so that only players with territory access authorization can open it.
