Yes, sure. Just add more vaiues to the list (the [ ] bracket ) and it will work.
default config has basic level and 1 upgrade so you can base on this one.

a suggestion: adding a multiplier for fuel usage for each upgrade so it gives more control

For now the quarries works as normal quarries so there is no way for that.
In future i want to make full rewrite with custom quarry mining system that will improve performance and give more possibilities.

You can set values in the plugin config so not sure where is the problem.

I have a suggestion. If a player destroys his virtual quarry, would it be possible to have any fuel/resources that are still in the virtual quarry to either be dropped to the ground or put in the player's inventory?

Sure! I am working right now on 2.0 Quarries so it can be added there.

Yes. it's whole new plugin with new data file system.
It also changed how the output is calculated so even converted one would dig 0-1 stone per minute.

Yeah, sorry. I wanted to release this before wipe, but it turned out that it had a lot of major bugs and i needed to investigate and fix them.

No worries. Gives me more time to make changes to the plugin. Been meaning to do that for a while now.

Would you be willing to restore the notification telling players they need to type /qr when they try to throw a survey charge?

Just saying NoSurveyThrow isn't as informative as the previous version was.
Maybe update/move it to the lang file?

I would like to see how do I make it where they can have cloth/wood/stone/metal to place a pump or miner and I do not have to have a store to have the miners in it to be bought and be in inventory to place. 
I would like to when someone does /qr     can if they had cloth and explosives then they could do survey charges with out having to have them in hand and then do the amount above for miners and pumps. 

Can someone share a config to show this? I just for the life of me wrap my head around this so I can just remove survay and miners and pumps from a store or drop  loot table.
