The file you mentioned? I couldn’t find it in the lang/en language files, but I found it in the .cs file. Can I modify the .cs file directly? And will I have to update it again when the .cs file is updated next time?

Does each item only give 1 experience point? I want to set it to 100 experience points per item.

By default most items give 1 XP but some already have higher values like supply_drop gives 3 XP and heli_crate or bradley_crate give 5 XP. You can change all these values in the XP Rewards Settings section under the Loots array in your config.
