** It is highly recommended that you generate a new config file due to repositioning of some skills **
* Added config option to wipe the ExtraPockets storage on wipe (default true).
* Added console command for "pouch".
* Simplified OnGrowableGathered && OnCollectiblePickup to make it cleaner and more reliable.
* Patched Instant gather skills for woodcutting, mining and skinning so they award the correct amounts if the player has a yield bonus.
* Added hook object STOnPouchDrop(BasePlayer player). Returning non null value prevents it dropping.
* Fixed a conflict between loot magnet and scrap tea.
* Added Rested xp system.
* Added xp sources for an additional 15 crate types.
* Added new skill: Human_NPC_Damage - increased damage to scientists.
* Added new skill: Animal_NPC_Damage - increased damage to animals.
* Added new skill: Human_NPC_Defence - decreased damage taken from scientists.
* Added a config option on sync skill points with the correct amounts.
