Hi, I have a suggestion would it be possible to add a blacklist for item short names an skin id 's to prevent bob and the boys from finding legendary   items  . Thanks

for now you can use "Limits on the amount of gathered items", it blocks looting by shortname

Hey,
 

All is great at the moment, I have notes to make them tier 1 to tier 2 etc after a period of time (manually).

 

I have 2 questions:
1. Is there a way that they cannot see in the dark and must use a torch or something? Just like real players?

2. Have a missed something in the config where the patrol will also aggro on them?

Question. Is there a config option to prevent them from spawning with DLC items?  I see the lumberjack hazmat on one, chance of drop is 0, and enable chance of drop on death is false, yet players can loot the lumberjack hazmat. That makes it a violation of Steams TOS

That would make it against TOS to wear another players kit after you killed them.

just remove it from config instead of making drop chance 0

I have modified the RoamingNPCs.cs file to change the default bot behaviour and add some new ones.  I save the file and try /rnpc init as per the documentation, but nothing happens.  It still runs the default 4 starting bots.

What am I missing?

Update to the above, from some deeper diving it seems like you have to update the RoamingNPCs.json file instead.  So I restored a fresh cs file and edited the json this time.  Just as a quick test I made the two default defensive bots aggressive, saved the file and ran init again.  They are still defensive.  I don't know how to make this relaunch updated bots.

I had same issue at first, found out I needed to actually reload the plugin (carbon.reload RoamingNPCs in console, if you're on carbon) for config changes to be reflected live.
