It would be good if the plugin could be setup to have them progress from the beginning of wipe, so they start with bow and after several days,. they have tommy, then a few days later full kitted.

in this case there is no point in adding stone to this list, just leave the stonehatchet

I noticed that the bots will stash their ammo, too. I would like to have limited ammo for the bots but maybe it can be made so they won't stash their ammo or make them prioritze to stash resources before ammo and meds?

Also it would be nice if the boxes could be locked with a keylock so you have to break them to get the items.

when killed and they have wood on them , the wood looks like it is loading a skin, if their a way to stop this?

it's loot on spawn, you can remove it in config
however it's not working right atm, i'll push an update now

Hello, the plugin looks pretty good but I find it expensive. If you offer a discount, I'd take 30, that's a lot.

If we set Use small box? to false, what does it use?

Can we get an example of the "Another container prefab"? Like do we set use small box to false and add any container prefab there for it to use or what?

im finding the server is losing about 40-50 fps with this plugin running, i have about 15 bots how many does everyone use?

currently running 20 and it seems fine for us

I am having an issue where some of the bots are dropping 300+ 5.56 rounds. I looked through the config and nothing popped out at me to as why it happens. Anyone have any idea..

I've seen it too. Thought that it was from a player but seemed unreal.

Same, we had 40 and the server itself dropped to 7fps and was causing players to slide instead of walk and rubber band non stop, this happened about a month ago so we have removed the plugin and the server has ran perfect so it is 100% caused by this plugin sadly

Looks like i might need to try and get a refund then if it's that bad, i have it down to 6 now and it's better but kind of pointless having so little

Getting server crashes. Host suggested it maybe from AI

The AI bots will affect server performance for sure. If you’re using a hosting service you’ll need to limit the plugins. dedicated hardware is the way to go if you can’t use swing it.
if you can’t use dedicated hardware you’ll have to look into reducing certain option like the stashes or boxes. Enable the periodic initialization to improve performance. May need to limit bots or even increase their “tick time”.

Thanks for your help, what does the periodic initialization actually do?, does it effect how the bots behave?

It will ignore "Use small box" setting if you have container prefab set

Post a support request with your config we will figure it out

It respawns bot after a while if they are not in combat and not visible by other players to free up some RAM and improve performance

Please post support requests in case of any problems instead of writing in a discussion, don't forget to attach config and some logs as well. About performance - we have some options in config that you can try to edit to get more FPS. 

  • "Brain timer tick" and "Controls timer tick" - increasing from 0.01 to 0.1 and more will help, but may affect how bot will behave
  • "Enable periodic bot reinitialization?" - can help in long-term by respawning bots after a while

We are currently preparing a large update with custom navigation, we'll make some checks before releasing how it'll affect performance as well too.
