I'm having the same problem.
I can't even click on plugins on the player page.
I'm using Carbon. The plugins I'm using are shown in the image.
No error code found.

+1 after update perms ui does not let me click into groups, have to use /perms group to open the page but even then its all frozen like. Following for any update or fix. Thanks!

Is there a way to add group permission? So far Ive only have Admin and Default. How can I possily add VIP1,VIP2 ... etc..?

is it oxide.group add VIP1? for a new group type called  VIP1?
