No idea sorry, you'll have to message Mercury about where to get his other plugins.
But I do know IQRankSystem is not available on Codefling,

Hello is it possible to define the Prefixes, Chat color, Nicknames etc. rights by group, not by the permissions?

Grant color permissions, etc. to your groups and that's it, it will apply to everyone in the group.

Just a suggestion,  I use both IQChat and IQPermissions. Is it possible to allow chat alerts to be group based, ie, default group and a vip type of group.

I want to  give certain permission based notice messages to  my vip players and not all players.
