do they have any items from there kits? Like there gun?

Verify the kit name is TEST it is case sensitive check rcon see if there is any messages when they spawn. the default loot is controlled by server for the npc if there is no loot profile.

Ya i screwed up the version numbers but its correct file.

Edit the datafile for the loot and change min max and chance for the loot you want to spawn.

the newest version contains a default loot table in the datafile that you can edit to fit your needs

Its more of a warning then an error but only way it can be solved if the dev sets the RB detection to what is supported.
