It should only affect sentry turrets it was a feature added for someone to limit how many they could place down and they said it worked

Is the flair not showing up in any container? Do you have a loot modifier plugin that replaces loot like better loot or alphaloot? if so there overiding the loot and you would need to add it to there loot profile a flair with skin 2893480896 and name Npc Raid Level 1
