A command will work shop will not others have betternpc and they fixed the compatibility issue a while ago, works with truePVE -

Its just random by rust but you could try messing with there userID in the talkerspawns file and see if ya can find a male user id note userid can only be used once per npc. -
that is the correct version just added the .1 because codefling would not let me update the file if i did not change version witch was stupid.

ya called my plugin stupid it probably would of been a lot easer to ask for that option instead of complaining. i wonder if you even tried randomraid in counsel randomraid <SteramID> <Total> Seems that is an option

It works as the default rust homing launcher the plugin only adds the homing target to the entity so the launcher can target it -
Its a homing missile you half to stay locked on just like if you were to shoot at a heli with it.
