    if you look on the map you should see where he is.. also try to /ferry teleport make sure to be in noclip. Some times the teleport is finikey. When he first spawns he will spawn at the dock but be instantly moved to a point on the path to start pathing.

    It will pick a random point on the path to spawn you can view where it is on the map he will have a vending marker with a red circle around him. On plugin load there is a 30 second delay.

    Ya im working on a video and a test server where people can view the actions. But the ferry will dock in ferry terminal to pick players up and take them to set destinations by the admin. the admin can either build a dock and set a point for the ferry to dock at it or use the prebuilt dock witch is imaged in the plugin page. By default he has some parent items that make him a traveling casino around the map but that can all be disabled in the config if using a custom map most mapmakers do not put very many waypoints in the cargo path and you would need to use the included tool and drive a boat around the map to create a nice path for the ferry to follow.

    Spawn in the Nexus ferry and let players ride it around the map. The ferry by default will make a stop at Ferry Terminal monument. You can add more stops to the map using the commands listed below. You can add parented items to the ferry. By default there is some items in the config to see how its done. It is recommended you create your own path for the ferry to follow. This is as easy as driving a boat around with the pathing tool this way you are sure there is a path point close to your docks turnaround point.. When creating a path make sure you mark on the map where you started so you can end your path close to where you started to continue the path loop. Also make sure to create your path in the direction cargoship drives. Permissions theferry.admin ChatCommand /ferry <killall, dock, path, dockpoint> killall - Kills your ferry on the map. dock - Spawns a dock in front of where your standing and looking for the ferry to dock at. path -     Its not missing option to follow ya around the description clearly says "Player gets item they can throw down to have some npc's help defend the area you throw the item in."

    in the cs ya can also enable public bool debug = false; to true and see where they spawn. are you using any mods that alter npc when they spawn that may be taking over my spawned npc's?
