Try removing all your vending plugins and see if works. Also zip up your TalkingNpc datafolder and sent it to me i can see what you may of missed.

No if the map does not have nav mesh there then they cant move.

"Not enough spawn positions stopping raid attempt means there is no nav mesh for the npc to walk on.

Spawn in a boat then mark on your map your start point. do /ferry path activate drive the boat and it will auto create the path you should see it creating points as you drive. drive your path and stop close to your start point do not stop ontop of it leave some room. then so /ferry path save <someFileName> Once saved enter that filename in the config do /ferry killall and reload. -
Were not allowed to advertise other platforms on or off site that's one of there new TOS rules. You could always google razors rust plugins -
Currently i could not agree to Codefling new TOS so i stopped sales here of my plugins.. They will still be maintained here for the ones who own them but they will be unable to be ordered on this platform only.

If the Terms ever change where we have the freedom over how we advertise and not limiting our advertisements to just codefling and the price of or content on other platforms then maybe. But for now you can google rust plugin and the name of my plugin and it should show up on a few of the other reputable sites.

you could remove cliff from the blocked coliders in the config and test.

Go to his tc and type /randomraid terrain and let me know what the output is.

This plugin has nothing to do with connections to your server.. Yes its maintained just no longer for sale. -
Most likley his base is somewhere there is no navmesh for the npc to walk on. is it a custom map?

Talking npc does not modify vending machines to accept custom items as payment that would be done with customvendingsetup so you would need to contact there support.
