iv not had time to test but i see no changes that would stop it from populating loot. You sure you have Npc Drop Loot true and the correct loot profile name CobaltScientist... Also do you have any other plugins controlling loot on npc's

post me your random raid config custom loot does not put clothes on the npc its only for corpse loot. Kits would kit the npc for cloths and gun

That would be an issue for your shop plugin as its not using the payed dlc its using a item witch we are allowed to use as long as were not allowing them to spawn the original item. -

Your allowed to use the item as long as it does not spawn a pool so it will not be changed as it does not violate there tos also a crate is not even 1/16 the area needed to spawn the farm lmao.

Ya all will work ok but if trying to place at custom monument it will fail as custom monuments mapmarkers are borken and need to rely on FP fix witch they said now will try again monday.

if you siting in the pen with out moving for a long time then it will stop the triggers from running on you also make sure your not invisible.
