what plugin are you spawning the scarecrow with?

No event npc are not and will not be supported by botrespawn as they use custom logic and botrespawn is not smart enough for that. -
If someone on the tc can be raided aka does not have the ignore perm or they where online when triggered the raid will happen weather they try and log off before it comes or not once notified the raid will come. -

Do to the changes in there TOS I did not want to renew on this platforms altho i still maintain what is here. But nothing i have here is currently for sale only here. There was some additions to the data files verify it did not reset your openvending command. Also make sure CustomVendingSetup is Up To Date.

Try removing all your vending plugins and see if works. Also zip up your TalkingNpc datafolder and sent it to me i can see what you may of missed.

No if the map does not have nav mesh there then they cant move.

"Not enough spawn positions stopping raid attempt means there is no nav mesh for the npc to walk on.

Spawn in a boat then mark on your map your start point. do /ferry path activate drive the boat and it will auto create the path you should see it creating points as you drive. drive your path and stop close to your start point do not stop ontop of it leave some room. then so /ferry path save <someFileName> Once saved enter that filename in the config do /ferry killall and reload. -
Were not allowed to advertise other platforms on or off site that's one of there new TOS rules. You could always google razors rust plugins
