    If talking npc vehicles is not spawning the custom vehicle then it will have no effect you would need to have the dev of ya custom plugin add the necessary hooks to check before spawning.

    I do not see any reason it would not work as long as the hooks are still being called when the plant changes stages still and not permission based to a player

    performance monitor does not show the current mem usage that's total mem it used up to that point. If your having crashing issues i would recommend looking into https://docs.carbonmod.gg/docs/development/features/profiler-mono Also how many current plugins are you runing?
