This happens when a sprite or an image has the wrong dimensions. From the error you cant actually tell if it is skinner related or not since i can be associated with any UI icon. if it keeps happening send me your skins import data file and ill review it for you. -

next time this happens check your f1 log. There is probably a corrupt skin. You can also try the f1 command graphics.itemskintimeout 3 This should bypass skins that are taking long to load.

The skins specifically listed in the config file get imported into the data file and then removed from the config. They should only really be handled in the data file, but the config option was left to help people migrate.

im sorry but your english is very hard to understand... maybe try writing in your native language? all skins are permission based, so remove the developer flags if you have assigned them -
