Id suggest making a collection or making a json file in the correct format. Otherwise you can import them all via the console.

It may be cached to the player, try reloading the plugin if that happens again

I havent been able to reproduce this issue. Can you check if your console reports any errors when you do the /skin command and it doesnt work
