@Evox The more skins, the more lag. In this case, it's not the plugins fault. A comfortable number of skins from the workshop is up to 3,000. The maximum I recommend is no more than 10,000 skins. But anything above 3,000 will cause increasing lag. -
Broke after game update. Plugin will be updated on Monday or Tuesday.

What messages does the plugin write after executing these commands? Or is there no feedback from the plugin at all?

The plugin has basic settings by default. It is sufficient to grant players the first 10 permissions listed in the description. Beyond that, it is a matter of individual settings. You may customize them as you wish. However, even a simple installation and granting of permissions is more than sufficient.

Main thing is that the API key itself is working. Everything else is unimportant. Plugin will not automatically download skins from the workshop. You need to do this manually using various commands. Or you can wait a little. Soon I will publish a file with about 10k skins.

I was able to add 306/323 skins without any problems.

The configuration has all the necessary parameters to automatically load approved skins. But according to the new rules, you can't use them, only skins from the workshop. ( And a large number of skins from the workshop will kill your server. ) I will prepare a file with skins (up to 10k) a little later, it will be supported - symbolic cost.
