    As a one-time courtesy, we've issued a refund due to the author's lack of response. Keep in mind we only have a 6-month window to bypass the author's approval to issue refunds. Beyond that, it's a total loss and isn't something we can do often. Without this sounding like an advertisement, if you want to avoid the headache of this going forward consider getting Codefling+ and get a 2-year warranty on all files purchased.     The option to cancel is removed temporarily, but even if it were there you can't cancel payouts that are processing (the orange ones.) If it gets stuck orange for more than a few minutes (max 5 minutes) it means we received a successful transaction in the API but PayPal ultimately refused the payout. The most common reasons for a payout being refused by PayPal are account limitations or sanctions affecting the country the PayPal account was registered in.
