it might not be good, but it works atm until theres a fix, i have multiple people in the server pissed that they cant put a pump in a cave.

the whole basis of me buying the plugin.

and the ground check doesnt work for the caves, first thing i checked,

what i am saying that there is no fix needed. All you need to do is to set both settings to false and it will work the same as you've made edits. Your edit makes that distance needs to be exactly 4.0, which will never happen, as it can be like 4.000001 and it won't be right

If you change Pump Ground Check to false, make sure your Allow Placing On Water Level is also an false, as it might do weird things, like this one.

Is there a way to add the pump as an exclusion to TruePVE? I use this plugin on a PVE server along with Remover tool, and players are unable to pick up the pump using the hammer (as mentioned in Description/comments), and they are also unable to remove it using the Remover tool. Would I just create an exclusion for normal "pump" ? How can I prevent players from picking up other players' pumps?

It is prevented if you don't have building priv for both pickup methods, can you describe where is the problem?

I'll admit, i've tried every solution in here.. nothing allows this pump to be placed in a cave.. or even on an iceberg to be honest

Hmmm it should work, try setting allow placing on water level to true. Are you sure your config is getting loaded up? You reload the plugin?

yes i reloaded the plugin, i'm not sure what's preventing it. it's the same in a cave.. etc

Ok i found the solution, something was bugging out with the config file. i unloaded the plugin... deleted the config and data file... and reloaded the plugin then made the adjustments... it works now. 🙂

Is it normal for the pump to swap to salt water after a period of time ? I've had one in a foundation since the last wipe but today it's decided to fill my water barrels with salt water.

Yeah, I've been seeing issues with the submersible pump this wipe - had a few players who tried to connect it to their water system and it just doesnt pump at all. I think there are some issues to look at here but what I do know 😉

Been running plugin since wipe and didn't got report about something like that. All the plugin does is change topology on the place of pump, so it shouldn't be changed mid-game.

Thank you for checking.

So, there is noting to do to fix.

Only way to fix is replace the pump.

How about the map? I'm using  custom map. Is there any relation with map?

Are you also using the Place Anything plugin from Codefling? We had the same issue, and it turned out to be caused by this plugin.
