So does this mean with this plugin I can spawn a drone station any where i want and it will work like normal?Could I sell the drone station in my rust reward store?

You can't sell the entities, they spawn when the server starts, yes you can spawn a drone station any where around the monuments

ok, so drone stations need to be spawned close to monuments and not just any where random on the map?

Indeed, that's what the plugin does

every admin can spawn a drone station without a plugin. F1 console: spawn marketplace

I was wondering how I can do this with fishing villages. Is there a prefab platform I can set it on since the fishing villages are too small to fit the drone marketplace?

1) Can any kind of prefab be used, not just the marketplace?
2) Can multiple prefabs be set and spawned at a single monument?

Yes, to both

It would be nice that you had Fishing Village done for us because this is hard! 
An example in the config would have been a real good treat as i cant even get my marketplace to spawn at all. 

Does this require a restart or can a reload of the plugin work?

The fishing village prefabs were changed a while ago

Please use these in the configuration
