Do you want the player to be able to choose one of the 3 sets? Or do you want to tie autokits to class groups?

both would be fine. there could also be 3rd alternative. giving the player one of 3 oxide-groups-permissions when choosing a kit. that could then also connect to various other mods using that groups-permissions.

The main-feature i am looking for is that you have to stay with that class/role the entire wipe. how this can be realized is of not that much importance to me.

You can set different permissions for kits, and you can bind the permissions to the group

yes but how to set one of these groups when a player clicks on a kit?

That i do not manually sort players into one of the 3 classes/roles because that would mean that they would have to tell me which of the 3 classes/roles they want to play for the wipe.
They would have to be automatically added to that oxide.permissions.group when clicking one of the 3 classes/roles.

I actually dont think that this would be a good idea, because this would have to be reverted at the end of the wipe so that they wont have 2 classes/roles the next wipe.

The whole Idea i initially formulated should not go this oxide-permissions route, that we have discusses latly.
I posted the idea on here (chaoscode) incase this mod does not cover it:

I probably just made a mistake in the version number (I forgot to change it). Don't be afraid to use the latest version. In the morning, I will update the version number in the plugin itself.

just updated the plug in and it still wont work for me after wipe. dont really know whats going on.

It never gives me the skin name... Just default name.

I'm getting a "[AddUI] Unknown Parent for "UI.Kits.Editing.Main": UI.Kits.Editing" Error and my kits aren't costing any scrap even though I replaced the section in the config to the example posted in the description.

The only actions made before the error happens are with the lang config and I changed the price to display from {0}$ to {0} Scrap

I made a support ticket with a section of the log posted, but I have other issues going on with my server at the moment. I am trying to figure out why because I think all this weirdness might be related.

I will Disconnect sometimes with message "Timeout" then it appears my server restarts with no plugins or scheduled task to make the server restart.
My bases are decaying even though I have TC connected to all parts and 20 days upkeep.
