In your Example Config. It shows the very Basics. Will I have to "LOAD" all the "Defaults" on there myself? The ("Rust") Recycler Defaults?  Or do you have that done for us already. So that we can just ADD or TAKE away Items?

Could you please let me know. I already use the, "Recycle" plugin. Will they "Conflict"?

And what is the Command for a Player to BP/Build there own recycler with these Abilities? Without me. Giving them one?

Recycler doesn't change anything that is in rust already. You can modify it by adding it to config.

Most of recycler plugins will conflict with this one because mine plugin allows you to edit i think everything that is possible in recycler so there is no need of other plugins.

There is no command for that. There is only giverecycler command that you can add to and store plugin available.

Hey, no. Plugin doesn't contains any modifiers like that.
