Yes you can , you just need to add it in config ,you need to add shortname and skinID for it .

Not for now...but its good idea to make it ..
You can change title name and icon of that tab to something else,and put what ever items you like

Hello.1: When I console type o.reload Crafting . The plugin does not close in the game. 2: Panel1IconUrl image cannot be changed in config file. 3: "Description": "life 5", here it would be good if you could also write in the second line, because there is a lot of space left, but if you write a longer "Description": "pick up life apple bonus x5", then the text goes over the table.
