This by far has been the greatest addition to my server, this plugins covers all aspects of my Admin abilities into one nice tidy package. Dev is supper responsive and has created a great plugin that I would highly recommend to other server owners. Frees up the need for multiple programs and the convars tab is an amazing addition to be able to adjust items I need in game all in one place.

Brilliant plugin made by one of the best Devs around. It is so good I've rebound F1 to it.. Honestly, that's all you need to know it's flawless. Well done!

This is definitely the best server administration plugin! It has all the features an administrator could need and more. I especially liked the tab with “convars”, which contains absolutely all the vanilla server commands of the game. I also liked the function of creating custom buttons in the quick menu, I added several of my own commands, which made the game incredibly convenient! I would also like to touch on the panel with plugins, since it has become much more convenient to work with plugins, namely unloading/loading/reloading a plugin, because the AdminMenu saves the last open tabs and you can continue working from where you left. Thank you for such a masterpiece!

The plugin is very easy to navigate, even for a complete noob like me. It provides all the options you need as an admin and more. If anyone is unsure about whether to buy it, don't hesitate. I don't think there is anything better than this plugin. Just grab it, and you won't regret it

This plugin might look like a simple moderation tool, but it's a masterpiece. It combines a lot of valuable features in a perfect vanilla style. Yes, we have the vanilla F1 'Server' tab already, but it's basic as hell. Trust me, you'll need this plugin for sure. Respect for the developer! 😍

Purchased this plugin with high hopes considering the reviews were all 5-stars. I am newer to doing the programming for a rust server, so when looking at the plugins, the ease-of-use really stood out to me. So much that I went and bought the combo back that also came with this Dev's Admin Map plugin. 

I use shockwave to host my server and have Oxide loaded up to do the mods and stuff. I have added a couple other plugins that worked with no issues, and then I tried to add AdminMenu. When I added it, the program would not work and specifically would not allow me to give any permissions using the "adminmenu.fullaccess" command. I saw that there were multiple instances of people in the support section of this website's page for him, so I knew I wasn't alone. The Dev's response was that getting that error message meant that the plugin was not loaded onto the server. I had already restarted the server twice since adding it, but on the third time, it worked! 12AM, I had finally gotten the plugin to work right before going to sleep for the night. 

Next morning, I got up and tried it out a bit and it was pretty great. Then, Rust had an update, and something went wrong. The plugin no longer was working at all. I saw someone else posting about it and saw that the Dev updated the plugin and the other person who made a support ticket about it seemed to be able to get it to work. I deleted the existing file, redownloaded the new updated one and put it into my plugin folder and have not been able to get it to work since. That was this morning, and it is now 11pm. 

I made a ticket on the Dev's discord yesterday evening when I couldn't get it to work and there was no reply, and the ticket remained open... so I sent updated messages regarding today's issues and even sent the exact error that came up in console to which the Dev didn't seem to make sense of. He replied once with a question which I answered and has not responded since. I tried to tag one of the "support" people in his discord as well asking for help with no response from them either.

I have seen these lead times for responses on the public tickets here on this website and even replies on discord and they are very slow, most of the time days between messages. As a new purchaser, it is rough to buy a product that is not working at time of purchase, but that wouldn't be as big of a deal if there was more streamlined and frequent communication. 

I am giving 2 starts for now based on super slow response times until I can fully test this out. Once it gets fixed, I will re-evaluate this review and update it properly.

Update: I am adjusting the review to 4 stars now that it is working.

Someone else from the discord was able to help me at a later time. The plugin ended up working. I had to re-download an old version of the plugin which opened up the .json file in my config which was not happening before when downloading the newest version of the .cs file to my plugins file. After downloading the older version, I was able to then update the .cs file into my plugin folder to get everything to work again. The plugin itself is working good now and I do enjoy it. I would've done 5 stars had better communication been there by the dev team.

A response to the author's comment... I initially opened a ticket Nov 6th at 11:30pm PST which is late and did not expect a response that evening. Not to mention, as stated above, I had gotten it to start working around 12:00am that night (and sent a message letting you know I got it to work). The next morning it broke with the rust update which is when I reached out again. You sent a one line reply asking if I have oxide or carbon Nov 7th at ~5pm to which I replied within 30 mins. I didn't hear back so that evening tagged another guy who is on your support team that evening around 10pm (it said he was online in discord) with no response. It wasn't until the following day Nov 8th ~3:30pm, that I said I was going to get a refund that the other guy hopped in to help. He didn't directly know the issue, but while trying to see if an older version would work, had me download the old version which ultimately gave me the .json file to allow it to work. The author then replied on the 9th 6am for me letting me know that downloading the old version wouldn't work (which was correct), but then I ended up re-downloading the new version and left the old .json file and it worked. Most of this was tinkering and figuring it out on my own.

The plugin works good, but the author/support staff is a bit slow to respond. From a consumer's perspective, this was a long while to get support on a product I had purchased that was not working basically out of the box. If someone gets a server and is excited to start it up and get things rolling... and puts money down to buy a plugin, it is frustrating when it does not work right away and there are very long response times. Had it not worked right away, but I had pretty good communication with the dev, it would be a better experience overall.

Hello.

When you post in the middle of the night, it only means that there will be a response at least in the morning. 

When we say that the plugin is not loaded, it does not mean that you need to restart the server, which means you need to send logs from the console.

We tried to get the logs from you in some way, at least a file, but you never provided them, we can't provide support in such a case. 

Please revise your review, as the described problems have nothing to do with the plugin itself.
