What other plugins do I need for this map to function? I mean - how the loot is handled, where cargo is spawned (if spawned at all), nodes, etc.

It works like any other custom rust map, the loot is all over the map, you don't need any plugin, the respawns are in various locations on the map.

Wait, is this map actually fully-playable? As in, bases can be built, resources spawn, etc? I always thought it was a one-off event map. Actually crazy if there is playability, I love the aesthetic and would be an instant buy.

Yes, it's a map just like any other custom Rust map, but it's a little different. There are Rats, Rats 2, and Rats 2 Fucking Xmas, but I recommend that you take a close look at the description, images, and videos before buying anything
