There was an issue that I fixed with 3.4.7 that allowed players with certain macro hacks installed to duplicate scrap. So hopefully that was the problem you were experiencing and it should be fixed now that you're on 3.4.7. Let me know if you're seeing it again.. also feel free to reach out to me on my discord (link on plugin page) if you see something like that again.

Hey, from what I can see you config looks good for what you want to accomplish. You need to make sure that all your players have the raidprotection.level.1 permission. Once they have that, they *should* be able to see the protection panel when they open a tool cupboard. On that panel it should give some more information on what needs to be done to receive protection. Would you be able to send me a screenshot of that panel?

That performance warning comes from carbon and it can be ignored because it's being used appropriately here. Raid Protection needs to query all cupboards on the server in order to track them, but it only does this on plugin load, so it's not a concern. -
Can you post your config settings? External walls might fall under something that you might not be expecting.
