    Sorry i fell asleep ya ya should be able to copy the hole data folder and config over with out any issues verify that the talkingnpcvehicles is loaded on ya sever.

    Hum they may be spawning somewhere else ya sure ya copied everything over? in the DataFolder in the Addons folder in there is where the locations for the spawning of the cars is. Do you have Spawn Modular Car on ya test server and not on your other?
