If you are launching the map for the first time, please install the Rust Edit DLL, it is specified in the description -
In the archive with the map, you buy the map and there will be plugins for it in the archive

If you have a test server, try installing the map and the DLL on it and check it out. It is especially important to install the DLL before launching the maps
