So I thought as owner\Admin when I set the effect that's what everyone on the server would see when they shot someone. I take it that's not right..... If I click false on all the effects in the config but the one I want is there a way to make it so that's automatically what everyone see's when they kill someone ? When someone new logs in and kills someone they automatically see that, They don't ever touch the ui ? I'm not sure if that is clear enough ? like a straight default setting ?

Is it possible to add a feature to use a skinID when looking at the right item... say they like using a skin I dont have, instead of me adding skinid's they can just look at a door and do /spray 2779523259 ?? -
When I go there and click on the npcgui it brings me here when I use the version the gui pops up but I cant do anything and there is a huge error in the console.
