to make it fly faster you need to increase "max slope by forward axis" and "pitch strength" values try gradually increasing it by 0.05

turn into a scientist setting will not wear them like scientists, it will spawn scientist prefab and use it AI to wear a scientist suit you need to add item to their inventory using config

you can assign targets to farm manually or you can enter command /pnpc auto-farm and it will farm selected type of resources in certain radius

did you disable all plugins related to copter before testing?

with loot table, health and names i don't really cant help you, because it being overridden by other your plugins mb you can set whitelist for trafficdriver's bots in ur plugins
