    Take a look at BadLandPVE message with config description, some speed parameters are multipliers, you need to lower some to make it faster

    Probably it can't find the building file. Can i see the contents of your oxide/data/copypaste folder? Also, can i see your server log? It's file called "output.txt" in the root server folder

    do you have any plugins that control gather rates? most probably they're overriding the mining rates

    I think it's better to ask the developer to update the plugin to ignore vehicle lock for NPCs
