Hey! To avoid such problems, just set "Do not choose a crash site near monuments": true in config. This will also help to avoid plane crashes in safe zones. If this solution suits you and you have no other questions, then I will close this request to support

Hey there! What's your problem, I don't quite get it? The passengers are supposed to be dead by default, that's how it's meant to be, they're used as loot containers or just for decoration
