You can modify the plugin as you like as long as it is for personal use. I'm also gonna add a config option for the container position with the next update.

Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce this problem on my server. With the latest update, I added a function that automatically destroys the patrol heli as soon as it goes below terrain level. I hope that this fixes the problem.

The radiation in this event is completely independent from any convars. It will work as long as it is enabled in the config file. -
