Payouts shouldn't hang on processing for more than a few minutes. It looks like it got denied by PayPal so I've returned the credit to your account.

Thanks for providing that. I've noticed the author for the first file has not logged in since July, so I've gone ahead and issued a refund for that. I've pinged the author in the second request for you. -

Did you submit a support request on the file's page?

Go to the request, click the ... and edit. Then at the bottom untick private radio option.

The request is private so I cannot see what's going on. If it doesn't include any sensitive information like files or personal data please make it public.

Click edit profile, enable status updates and then you can post on your activity feed which will alert followers. It's not quite what you asked for but this allows you to communicate directly with followers and have a wall where they can respond, etc.
