Integrated updates and improvements from the Christmas version build

- The card gambling area on the roof of the blue building is now fully enclosed.  

- Reduced prefab count by 600 without compromising visual effects.  

- Updated safe zone mini turrets in both the betting room and stables.  

- Revamped the stables area with a new road, an exercise paddock, and the addition of a roof.  

- Additional enhancements included.
