Does using /stemoveui move the UI for all players or is that something that players adjust themselves?

I bought this plugin from Lone Design but updates are no longer available there. The plugin needs an update so how do I go about getting the latest update ?

You can reposition it with the /stemoveui command. It should update it globally.
