Hey mate, could I ask you for a hook that is called after a player is rewarded that passes through what they were given from what source?

I want to tie it into my notification system plugin, and the OnRustReward doesn't give much info (and can also be returned on).

Can you add options for all animals including the swarm of bees, right now there's only a shark in the config.

Could use some assistance here, freshly reloaded, just set npc's to 10 points. Where is the 250 coming from?

Hi,
If I had to guess, most likely a call from another plugin.

If, for example, that was a BotReSpawn npc you killed,
you have the choice of RustRewards managing and issuing the reward, though the value set in its UI,
or BotReSpawn managing the reward through the 'RustRewardsValue' set in its own UI.
It's a per-profile option under the 'Death' tab.

The reason, or advantage, is that RustRewards can only see 'BotReSpawn' as one broad type,
whereas using BotReSpawn UI to manage the rewards lets you have different reward values for different profiles.

If both are enabled + greater than zero, you'd see two separate rewards coming through.

There are other plugins which operate the same way, giving you the choice,
so that's where I'd look. 👍

Appreciate the quick response. My first thought was the same: I'll have to check my files more diligently. It was Loot Defender. I'm a dope!  Thank you!

Just curious. Why is this plugin listed as not compatible with carbon?

I use Carbon and downloaded and loaded the plugin, it seems to work fine. Still playing around with it but are there any known issues?

Hi,
I don't mark Carbon compatibility just because I don't test on Carbon myself,
but if issues are reported I look in to them and, in the past, the Carbon team has made any necessary changes.

That hasn't happened in some time so, realistically, everything should be good. 👍

@Steenamaroo ive just installed this plugin, a little new to changing cs files and all of this.

I have it giving rewards in scrap and cant get it to change to Economics.

is there something I'm missing or not finding that needs changed to get it to work?

under the 3 rewards where is says Scrap, Economics and server rewards, i have scrap and server rewards False and Economics True.

is there somewhere else i need to be changing this?

Hi,
No need to edit the .cs file - Just the /config/RustRewards.json.

Yes, all you need to do is set Scrap + ServerRewards to false, and Economics to true.
If it's not taking, unload RustRewards plugin before saving your changes, and you should be good.
