when I understood this right, its possible to drive without fuel.

but what is needed then? a small battery?
this would make sense, otherwise not.
there are still plugins for free giving the opportunity to drive alle vehicles without any fuel.

and it would need a small hud or sign about electric status (from battery) like real cars have.

Hey ..
So yes , with this plugin any kind of vehicle can be driven without fuel ... but you need electric power then to drive it ..
In config you can chose what vehicles will be "electric" .
Those chosen ones , and if player have perm , when he mount vehicle battery will install on vehicle .
Those "electric" vehicles you can drive by electric power and normal low grade fuel .
So if you dont have any more electric in vehicle but you have fuel , it will consume fuel .
There is icon if you mount "electric" vehicle with how much el power it have ..
Battery is charging in tc range ( you can adjust in config max el power , how much will recharge , how much it will drain power per sec)
