You need to watch directly at the bot

if you add a description for skinID players can check the description by clicking at the icon on the left side of the lot to see it

trying to make a bartender shop npc but the waterbottle is empty when given. I have custom skins too but just an empty bottle is given any way we can fix this?

Found a workaround with the command system using 
inventory.giveto %steamid% smallwaterbottle 1 2489116641
