Item Perks: Legendary Items 1.0.3

maybe I missed it, but is there a command to give a legendary item to a player?  similar to ipgivekit on ItemPerks...

Could I get a list of perks I can assign to the items?

Am I missing something or can we only add one of each perk to an item?

I was trying to add 3 BradleyDamage to one and it removes 2 of them on load.

Ohhhh I thought it was limited to the max amount a kit can add.
