IQTurret is simple, easily customizable, has support for different languages, and the big plus is that you can easily contact the developer and immediately report a problem to him.

I have been using this for a long time now. Selling the permissions on ServerRewards. Works perfectly and player love the ability to gain this advantage before other teams.  Please never abandon this plugin.
