Only those which have this parameter enabled in the config work in both directions. You can enable it for all ziplines This can't be happening. They may not connect only if they are not in line of sight. There is no limit on their number

Allow players to place ziplines! The plugin will add various types of ziplines to your server, for each of which you can adjust the speed, the maximum distance between points, the color of the cable and even the ability to go up! Just install two fasteners and they are automatically connected by a cable. To start moving, look at the rack and press E. f there is an obstacle on the way, the player will fall.
