    Terrain Issues

I understand. I appreciate how hard it must be to make a map like this and I appreciate the attention to detail, especially for a themed map like for Halloween or Christmas which are not very common. We really enjoy the map and the time you put into it.
  2. Also, I would like you to have a refund policy posted clearly on the website and a process for requesting said refund. I have 4 plugins I have bought that are no longer being sold because they just stopped working and another 4 that I could never get to work correctly and gave up on dealing with the dev, for example. Are these covered in any way? Are there any guarantees when I buy a plugin? Or is everything sold as-is?
  3. The fact that negative reviews require additional moderation and verification is not a problem, but if the review has sufficient detail and is negative, it should be approved without having to require the buyer to have submitted umpteen support tickets and have a face-off with the developer over the review content. Can you imagine if other products were that way? You buy a new appliance and have to have contacted LG support first before posting an honest review and then have to argue with someone at LG to justify why you wrote what you wrote? My last review was extremely thorough and I had submitted 5 support tickets prior to writing it and it was still not approved and it wasn't even a bad review, it was 3-stars and pretty optimistic. Negative reviews are critical to the purchase decision and push developers to fix their product quicker. It is misleading when I go to buy a plugin and all I see are the positive reviews because the negative ones were filtered out of my view so they could be "worked on" and made positive. Frankly I am getting pretty tired of buying a new plugin and having to open several support tickets for broken things and then having to wait weeks on end for a response to my submission, only to have a dev (most of which lack any form of customer service skills) reply to me that it "works fine for them" and dismiss my issue as if I am a crazy person that just made it up. Sometimes a review is the only tool we have to combat this and you are taking that away from us. You say this is the goal, but then you go on for multiple paragraphs about how if reviews mention broken things, they don't get posted. Or if reviews mention features that are missing, then they don't get posted. This is the wrong perspective as well. The features that a plugin is missing should be pointed out as shortcomings, because often times people don't realize that they need that feature until they actually use the plugin on a live server. I don't think there is anything wrong with mentioning a reasonable feature/functionality that is lacking in the plugin that influences your opinion of the overall quality of the plugin.

Really? So I should be stuck with all the broken shit for the whole wipe? How about you test the map thoroughly before releasing it, so I don't have to open 6 support tickets with issues that I find?
  5. @Meventany update to this? The plugin still requires a reload manually after server restart in order to work.
  6. I posted this 2 months ago and there was no reply. I know you added support for legacy shelters to War Mode for PVE players, but is it possible to add it to Raid Protection as well for those that don't have War Mode?
  7. Just so you know, I have been using both War Mode and Raid Protection together and it is working well for the most part. My goal is to offer offline raid protection to all bases where a PVP player is not online. I cannot disable War Mode protection because I need it to protect the bases of PVE players when they are online. Raid Protection isn't able to add online protection to only PVE players as far as I can tell. So, right now PVE bases are double protected by War Mode and Raid Protection when PVE players are offline, which is fine. I can give the raidprotection.ignore permission to the "warmodepve" group so that if a PVE player is online it does not disable offline raid protection for the base, thus requiring that a PVP player be online in order for the base to be raidable. This works how I want, but there are 2 issues with this approach. 1) If the TC was placed (founder) by a PVE player, then the base has no raid protection at all because of this bug with Raid Protection: https://codefling.com/files/support/16917-offline-protection-not-working/ 2) If the player switches to PVE or to PVP, the raid protection is not updated automatically unless the plugin is reloaded because of this bug with Raid Protection: https://codefling.com/files/support/16868-ignore-permission-not-working/ It would still be nice if the Raid Protection plugin was updated to integrate with War Mode more easily, but if these 2 bugs were fixed it would address my use case and allow your customers to add offline raid protection to War Mode and solve for the issue of bases with both PVP and PVE players on the TC.
  8. Any thoughts on this?

    Armored Train Event

I see you liked the post, but any ETA on an update? Thanks.
  10. Any response here?
  11. Any thoughts on this? I would like to be able to assign the ignore permission to certain groups of users, so that their online status does not influence raid protection, but if they happen to be the founder and in one of those groups, their base won't be protected at all.
  12. Any update on this?

    Raid Blocking Timer

Were you able to test this?
  14. Any suggestions on what the issue is here? Is it supposed to be 1 or 99? Why isn't it working?
  15. @Iftebinjan please respond

    Terrain Issues

I don't know what the reason for the errors are, I am just reporting issues with the terrain as we find them. When a player builds next to an oasis in P7 and wakes up the next day and their base is in P8 and the oasis is missing from the map entirely, it is disruptive to the player experience.
  17. I just tested this and you can still click the button if it is Hud instead of Overlay. I have other plugins that add buttons to the Hud that are clickable as well. I think this should be changed in the plugin's code.
  18. Wait, so are you saying that to use the plugin you need to be on the ground when switching into player mode and not in a base? That switching to player mode inside a base will drop you to ground and get you stuck is the expected behavior?
  19. Wow, nice dev.
  20. Negative. My review from over a week ago is still not posted or responded to. Meanwhile generic 5 star reviews from 2 hours ago are already posted and approved. Something is not right here. Is everyone subject to having their reviews approved? Why are they not approved in the order submitted? Why does the front page always show the latest reviews as 5-star reviews?

    Terrain Issues

There are still several terrain issues that need to be addressed after the last update: L10 tunnel entrance L12 top right L12 bottom left L9 bottom left L10 middle right E6 bottom center Also, please be careful when doing updates. Your last update changed grids for everything and removed a pond/oasis at P8. These kinds of changes are risky when we are already in a wipe.
  22. I just tested this and it appears that is the case. This seems like a bug to me or at least something that needs to be fixed.
  23. So if the founder has the raidprotection.ignore permission, then the base is raidable even if the other players are offline?

    God Mode Command

I am not using the God Mode plugin, I am talking about regular god mode in the console.
