Sorry for such a strange bug! Didn't expect this to happen, there will be a (hopefully) fixed map file being sent to you via Discord. Later today or tonight I will update the map then through codefling with any fixes I can find through rustedit. Hope this can be resolved.

Just by doing a quick search through their friendly website, I was able to find their support ticket. What is the name of the server provider you have purchased?

This seems to be a problem with the host provider. Not the map file. Get in contact with the server provider's help and forums for more help.

The files are required for running any custom map within a Rust Server. I can't help someone who refuses to accept any guidance or suggestions

That's a given for every map you will ever pay for. Hope this helps.
