Hey, currently 10 is max, I wrote this plugin quite some time ago and it everything was built on top of old version. Im currently working on new version and indeed number of pages will be unlimited.

Plugin is taking item based on item id, to take item based on skin id it would require different method. You can only change skin id for "sale" item in vending machine, skin id for "cost" item is client side. Only thing you could really do is draw custom ui over vending machines with cost item of paper. Its not really something doable for public plugin since it varies per use case. -
